Track Performance and Spot Trends
The Analytics tab on your Maintenance page gives you data-driven insights into how maintenance is being handled across your properties.
KPI Cards
At the top, you will see key performance indicators:
- Average Response Time - How quickly requests are acknowledged after submission
- Average Resolution Time - How long it takes from submission to completion
- Open Requests - Number of currently active requests
- Completion Rate - Percentage of requests resolved within a given period
Trend Charts
Interactive charts show how your maintenance volume and resolution times change over weeks and months. Use these to spot seasonal patterns (for example, more plumbing issues in winter) or identify if response times are slipping.
Category Breakdowns
See which types of maintenance issues come up most often. A breakdown by category (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance, general, etc.) helps you plan preventive maintenance and budget for common repairs.
Vendor Performance
Compare your vendors side by side:
- How many jobs each vendor has completed
- Their average completion time
- Review ratings from your team
- Cost per job averages
This helps you identify your most reliable vendors and make informed decisions about future assignments.
Response Time Tracking
A detailed view of how quickly your team acknowledges and addresses requests. Filter by property, priority level, or time period to understand where you are meeting expectations and where there is room to improve.
Automated Email Reports
You can set up automated maintenance summary reports that are emailed to you on a schedule (weekly or monthly). These reports include open request counts, recently completed work, spending summaries, and any overdue items. Configure these in your notification settings.
